Violine von Jacob Veit Mueller
Jacob Veit Mueller’s interest in music began at an early age and he built his first string instrument when he was 13 years old. Jacob interned with violin maker Edward Curtz, from Kingston NY, over a span of 4 years.
He then spent a year in the Netherlands, attending college, specializing in wood crafts.
He returned to New York in 2007 where his continued interest in violin making brought him to the North Bennet Street School in Boston.
After completing his education Jacob moved to Berlin to work with violin maker Andreas
Kägi. There he specializes in new making, as well as restoration.
This model is build in the Guarneri del Gesù style; it has a beautiful deep del Gesù-like tone.
